Chat and documents

Questions, relevant conversation history and uploaded document contents are sent to OpenAI to generate answers. Ellie may use web search. Please remove identifying details before sending content.

Saved conversations

Plus conversations are saved to your account. Free chats are not saved as transcripts by this application. Uploaded files are processed for the answer and are not kept in the website’s public media library.

Accounts and payments

WordPress stores account details. Stripe processes subscription payments when payments are enabled. The website does not collect your card number directly.

Your choices

You can remove saved chats and checklist items from My Ellie. Contact the site owner for account or privacy requests. Provider retention, hosting backups and legal retention requirements may apply separately.

Before public launch

The site owner must add their controller identity and contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, provider information, international-transfer information and rights/complaints process before accepting real client data.
