2. Find a manageable next step
Ellie can explain a process, help you organise your questions and find supporting sources. Read the source links and check important decisions with a qualified adviser.
3. Keep things together with Plus
Members can return to saved conversations, ask about a document, draft a letter, prepare for a meeting and keep a checklist.
What Ellie cannot do
Ellie cannot diagnose, make legal decisions, decide benefit entitlement, contact organisations for you or guarantee a successful application. If a deadline is close, seek appropriate professional advice promptly.
