What counts as a reply?
Each completed answer from Ellie counts as one reply, including answers generated by the letter and meeting tools. Failed requests do not count. Free replies reset at midnight UK time; Plus allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month.
What should I upload?
Use copies with names, addresses, dates of birth, reference numbers and other identifying details removed. Start with the pages relevant to your question. Documents are sent to OpenAI for processing.
Can I cancel?
You can manage your subscription from My Ellie. If you cancel renewal, your paid access continues until the end of your paid period.
